I'm participating in a charity anthology, Can’t Hold Us Down: Tales of Defiance & Hope that will be releasing on October 30th. My story is classic shifters with a couple of my favorite go-to tropes found family and reject mate. I don't have a cover to show you yet, but I do have a blurb (subject to change since it hasn't been edited). So mark you calendars, though your are going to be hearing more about the anthology in the weeks to come.

Atlas O’Brien is often underestimated. Too short. Too brown. Not who people expect with his last name. Then when the one person who is supposed to love and accept him for who he is spews the same prejudices that Atlas has fought against all his life, he plans to move on and put the person behind him. But his very existence threatens the aspirations of powerful people, and they hurry to get rid of him. Atlas is taken, his very life forfeit if he can’t find a way to free himself along with others who have been trapped with him.

But Atlas is more than he appears to be. He will endure captivity, stand defiantly against those who would harm others for money and sport, and grasp the love he’s offered with both hands. 

If it’s a fight that they want, Atlas will give it to them.
